About Cheri Kaser

I am a Colorado native, born in Denver, Colorado. I began working for the Law Office of Diane L. Kaiser, Esq. in May, 1992 as an office-shared Secretary while attending college at Metropolitan State College of Denver. I obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1999, majoring in Criminal Justice & Criminology, with a minor in Psychology.  I have been Diane Kaiser's family law (Senior) Paralegal and Office Manager for over 32 years.

In June, 2024, I was recently admitted by the Colorado Supreme Court to practice Family Law on a limited basis as a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP), a licensure designed to help bridge the gap for those who do not qualify for free legal services and those who are unable to afford an attorney. I was in the first group of LLP'S in Colorado to take the rigorous LLP Exam and to practice law under this authority.

With over three decades of experience in family law, I understand the emotional challenges clients face. I will do my best to provide  compassionate and knowledgeable legal support for family-related legal issues, helping you navigate through uncertain times with resilience.
